We reward good work - all of CIBS' 250 staff receive performance related pay, whether they're a manager or an operative. Our staff are personally motivated to carry out work on your premises to a continuous specification.

We make it easy for our teams to do a good job. We always provide an on-site notebook so CIBS staff and our clients can communicate directly. An on site supervisor works with our teams to make sure they have all the equipment they need and are carrying out the agreed specification 100%.

We train our staff thoroughly and make sure they have uniforms and electronic ID cards: they look and feel confident and professional when they're working.
